    Hopeless customer service -Staff rejected a passport photo saying "photo is not natural" immediately followed by offer to click the photo at the post office. Terrible attitude.

    No matter what time of the day, the lines are always massive and most times when working people have time to go to PO, the lines go meters out of the shop.

    I have been coming to this post office for about 8 years - before it relocated - and the staff have always been very friendly and helpful. Yes, it is a very busy post office, but I find it always moves efficiently and i believe that is down to their lovely positive manner.

    Customer service is so important, and these guys nail it every time. Will be devastated if we move out of the area!

    the last time i was there we waited about half an hour or so just to get our photos taken, then when we got to the end of the line one counter was empty but always got taken by people who weren't in the line. overall i didn't really like the costumer service there and the lines take way to long to go through
